Heuristics

This article discusses the heuristics from a participant point of view, particulalry addressing emotional connectivity within a cycle of face to face and online CoPs across the life cycle of a CoP.It is well organised but also raises the emotional responisbility of a CoP, from the leaders perspective as well as the individual participants.Anxiety and paranoia seem to be the two most important emotional states, until terminating a CoP when loss and sadness become important.People with an active social life outside the Internet and work will cope relatively well but as people become more addicted to the net and reliant on technology for social communication, this becomes a significant factor for individuals.
